Pumpkin Whip


1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

With a mixer beat pudding mix and milk
until well blended (1-2 minutes).

With wire wisk blend in pumpkin and spice.

Fold in whipped topping

Chill

Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
